Everything started with the arrival of a Welsh Terrier in our house. This dog went regularly to a groomer.
Then there was a German Shepherd, only very useful if he obeys you !
At the age of 13 I went to a dog training school with my dog and so one thing got to the other...I finished the school
and got my first certificate in obedience, with my first dog ! Meanwhile I groomed my own Terrier, wonderful !
So I started taking lessons to become a professional groomer.
In 1989 I received my license, meanwhile taking courses to become a teacher myself. On July the 1st in 1989
I started my own practice and I also followed lessons to become a dog trainer at the Syntra in Kortrijk.
So my hobby became my profession, the passion became bigger...I fell in love with the English Cocker after
a Cocker was left behind at my trimming parlor, and I never heard another thing of the owner again.
Poor thing, only 5 months old and alone. I let my hart speak and so this little one became my first Cocker (1996)
We called her Bisotte, an Orange bitch, without pedigree. I rather not mention her character...a real
" puppy farm " character.
So after this one, there came a second one ( Keenhunter Zantac ) of course with pedigree ! We called her
Ziganne, but we had not much luck with her. Then came Billsor Casta Diva...our Cona to us. Then I became
tempted to breed myself, to participate at Dog shows and to specialize in the grooming of the English Cocker
Spaniel. And the family became larger and larger...
Now we have the possibility to try to breed with dogs and bitches tested as much as possible on problems
caused by inherited faults. Of course we use dogs and bitches who are very social with people and other dogs.
We breed according to the breed standard, and our puppies are used to strange influences, coming from in
their own world as coming from outside.
Our puppies live in our house, are used to trips in the car, to children, cats, birds even goats,horses and etc...
This we are able to do, thanks to our little farm with much space, and the puppies can play with each other
and our other animals. This is the start of a healthy and good education, helped also by their own mother.
We try as much as possible to use our own male dogs, so we and you, can be sure of their nice character,
and you will be able to meet both parents.
